Refund & Cancellation Policy

Provided in good faith and structured to meet Paddle's requirement for a clear, reachable refund policy. We recommend a lawyer confirm it against Türkiye consumer law.

1. Free trial first

Every plan can be evaluated with a free trial before any payment. We encourage you to confirm the Service meets your needs during the trial, since paid subscriptions unlock the full toolkit.

2. Refund window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided the plan has not been substantially used (for example, extensive docking/MD runs or a delivered expert-review report). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. How to request

Email support@sciagentkit.com from your account email with your order reference. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle; you may also request a refund via the receipt Paddle emailed you.

4. Subscriptions and renewals

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, except where required by law.

5. Expert-review add-on

The expert-review add-on is a human professional service. Once the review has been delivered, the add-on fee for that review is non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law (Türkiye).
